At J2FIT, every item is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or personal preference.
Please review all product details and size charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we're happy to make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at thej2fit@gmail.com and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and the issue
Once reviewed, we'll provide a replacement or refund if the issue is determined to be a manufacturing or fulfillment error.
Returns
We do not accept returns for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
- Color or style preference
- Buyer's remorse
Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Exchanges
Because all products are made to order, we do not offer exchanges.
If your item is defective or incorrect, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and assist you.
