Returns & Exchanges

Because every J2FIT product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including:

  1. Ordering the wrong size
  2. Changing your mind
  3. Color or style preference
  4. Buyer's remorse

Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at thej2fit@gmail.com

Include:

  1. Your order number
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Clear photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing or fulfillment error, we'll provide a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Do Not Return Items Without Authorization

Please do not mail products back to us or to our fulfillment partner without first contacting us. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed and may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
